Description
Our instructors provide manufacturer approved operator training on a wide range of devices and systems.
This hands on training meets all criteria in ANSI A10.31criteria for training and starts in the classroom and covers stability principles, proper set up, ground conditions, and controls.
It is then followed by an operational competency test. Operators must prove they are comfortable and able to operate devices properly, with confidence.
We come to your site and train with your equipment.
This module encompasses all the training requirements spelled out in the CSA standards
This includes the following..
- The purpose and use of manuals
- The requirement that operating manuals, as an integral part of the aerial device, shall be properly stored on the vehicle when not in use
- Pre-start inspection
- Responsibilities associated with problems or malfunctions affecting the operation of the aerial device
- Factors affecting stability
- The purpose of placards and decals
- Workplace inspection
- Safety rules and regulations
- Competency evaluation
Training Time: 8 hrs
Cost: $750.00 per person,
6-15 people per class
(a minimum $3000 per class cost)
